Job summary

Qualifications

• Credentialed graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed in the state where practicing.
• Prior experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine PT treatment.
• Plan and prepare written treatment programs based on evaluations.
• Confer with physicians and health practitioners to adjust plans and coordinate care.
• Record patient treatment, response, and progress.
• Assist in planning PT services with rehab leadership as needed.
• Supervise PT assistants and aides; may train students.
