Job summary

The Weston Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia to evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians. You will lead a skilled interdisciplinary team, schedule and supervise assistants, and document patient progress to support functional restoration.

Responsibilities include initial evaluations, treatment planning, ongoing re-evaluations, and coordination with physicians for continued care. Strong documentation, communication, and adherence to standards are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state.
• Criminal Background Check cleared as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and design individualized care plans with measurable goals.
• Schedule, treat, and supervise assistants and rehab techs as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Document services and progress, and communicate with physicians and family as needed.
• Maintain patient records and ensure appropriate discharge planning and documentation.
