Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics in Middletown, NJ, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our conservative care team. You will provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary clinic, collaborating with chiropractors, physical therapists, and physicians to design and execute rehab programs.

The role includes documentation in our EMR system and engagement with marketing and outreach activities. The ideal candidate holds an OT degree (ACOTE/AOTA), National Board Certification, and a New Jersey

Qualifications

• ACOTE/AOTA-accredited OT degree required.
• National Board Certification required.
• New Jersey license required.
• Up-to-date knowledge of practiced OT methods expected.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand patient goals.
• Deliver one-on-one evaluations and personalized rehab programs.
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for comprehensive care.
• Serve as liaison between rehab floor and medical teams.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Support marketing initiatives and clinic events.
