Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide a continuum of services for patients with neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions. You will perform mobility training, strengthen exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education to restore optimal health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist license in state of employment or National Licensure Compact.
• Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates patients presenting for physical therapy within department standards.
• Establishes treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines in collaboration with patient and care team.
• Selects and implements therapy activities per care plan to meet patient goals.
• Documents all patient care activities including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment records per standards.
• Evaluates assigned patients and develops treatment plans with ongoing reassessment and disposition recommendations.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff, physicians, and others about physical medicine and rehabilitation while maintaining confidentiality.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Physical Therapist license (state/NLC)

Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
