Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse committed to compassionate, high‑quality patient care. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, guiding care through the nursing process within our mission‑driven environment.

In this role, you will assess patients, develop care plans, perform diverse clinical interventions, document accurately, and educate patients and families about care plans and health promotion.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required (Nursing Diploma or by endorsement also acceptable).
• RN License in state of employment is required.
• Physical requirements: Medium work, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; document status and outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in interventions including IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, specimen collection.
• Maintain patient charts and records; use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
• Promote health, safety, rights of patients and advocate for patients.
• Provide patient/family education and assess teaching effectiveness.
