Commonspirit-Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide a continuum of care for patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and related conditions. You will perform mobility training, strengthening, modalities, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education to restore optimal health.

You will evaluate patients, establish evidence-based plans, and implement therapies tailored to individual needs while collaborating with the care team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility via National Licensure Compact.
• BLS from the American Heart Association.

Mansioni

• Evaluates patients referred to physical therapy and initiates evaluation within department time standards.
• Develops treatment plans with measurable goals and coordinates discharge planning.
• Selects and applies therapy activities to meet patient goals and tracks outcomes.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, and treatment records per standards and payer requirements.
• Communicates with patients, families, and healthcare team while maintaining confidentiality.
