DRH Health in Duncan, Oklahoma seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy across Acute, Outpatient, and Inpatient Rehab settings. You will assess, diagnose, plan and implement individualized treatment to improve mobility and function for patients of diverse ages.

Formación

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Currently licensed to practice in Oklahoma and CPR/AED certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate function levels and create individualized treatment plans.
• Document billing information and maintain accurate initial evaluations and progress notes.
• Develop and implement goals for identified patients.
• Review and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on coping with impairments.
• Supervise assistants, students, and techs as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians to integrate PT into overall care.
• Maintain state licensure and comply with regulations.
• Follow DRH safety and infection-control policies.
• Engage in continuing education opportunities.
