Job summary

Pride-Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Oklahoma to provide skilled PT services, evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility. You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Requirements include graduation from an APTA-approved PT program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT), active Oklahoma license (or ability to obtain), strong communication and documentation skills, and

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients; develop treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs as allowed by practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
