Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or doctorate degree in occupational therapy.
• Current Oklahoma state licensure.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR and AED certification.
• Advanced fingerprint background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient function and disability; develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document billing information and maintain accurate records of evaluations and progress.
• Provide OT interventions to improve independence in daily living and work activities.
• Coordinate with physicians to integrate OT with overall health care plan.
• Orient and supervise assistants, students, and techs; assign tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, safety, and infection-control policies.
