Qualifications

• Licensed PT in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional goals.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Lead therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff for coordinated care.
