Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to screen, evaluate, re-evaluate and provide therapy services to Cheshire Medical Center's inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician. You will work with a care team and document progress for diverse patients from children to adults.

Required are a BS in Physical Therapy, NH license and BLS. Per diem schedule; 1 year of experience preferred. Dartmouth Health offers comprehensive benefits and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current NH Physical Therapy license and BLS required.
• 1-year experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate and provide therapy services to inpatient and outpatient referrals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across patients from pediatric to adult.
• Coordinate and communicate activities with the health care team and patient.
• Provide appropriate patient documentation including quality assessment.
