Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate and provide therapy services to inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician.
• Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development across pediatric to adult patients.
• Coordinate and communicate activities with the health care team and the patient.
• Provide patient-related documentation, including quality assessment.
