Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (BSPT/MSPT/DPT).
• Currently licensed in applicable State with an active license.
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.
• New grads welcome; 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify measurable goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and students.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Use therapy software accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Assist in patient evacuation as needed.
• Maintain dependable attendance.
• Use reasoning and good judgment; work on an interdisciplinary team.
• Sit/stand/bend/lift/push/pull/stoop/walk/reach during hours.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
