Mercy Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Physical Therapy Unit at St. Charles Hospital to perform initial and ongoing assessments and deliver skilled interventions across inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations. The role requires licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practice state, strong documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

32-hour weekly schedule and on-site work at Mercy St. Charles are typical.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice (or trainee/temporary license qualifications)
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred at hire, or within 30 days)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans with specific goals.
• Provide direct therapy daily following the plan of care and standards of practice.
• Maintain accurate progress notes in the EMR and coordinate services.
• Supervise rehab staff as applicable and ensure productivity meets department standards.
