Job summary

St. Luke's Health–The Vintage Hospital in Northwest Houston is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist.

You will perform initial evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver direct treatments to help patients regain function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life, while meeting productivity standards and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Applicants must hold a degree in Physical Therapy with graduates eligible for Texas licensure, and be CPR certified.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy is required or graduates eligible for licensure in TX.
• TX licensure to be obtained upon hire; CPR/BLS within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop plans of care with measurable goals.
• Deliver direct physical therapy treatments and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure productivity standards.
