Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) required.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• Continuing education in acute stroke care required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients, designs and updates care plans.
• Educates patients and families; documents care per policy.
• Demonstrates safe transfer techniques and body mechanics.
• Monitors and mentors staff and students as needed.
• Completes required documentation and billing in EMR.
