Job summary

Providence Swedish in Seattle is seeking a licensed physical therapist to deliver and supervise therapy services, evaluate patients, and develop individualized care plans to maximize function.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team across inpatient and outpatient settings, with pediatric/adolescent orthopedic coverage possible at Ballard and Issaquah clinics, and participate in discharge planning to support transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy.
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise physical therapy services within a team approach.
• Perform evaluations and develop plans of care to maximize functional outcomes.
• Reassess treatment results and participate in discharge planning.
• Coverage may be required for inpatient and outpatient services at Ballard and Issaquah clinics.
