You will perform patient evaluations, develop and implement plans of care, reassess progress, and participate actively in discharge planning across Ballard and Issaquah clinics.

Requirements include a graduate of an accredited OT program, Washington OT license, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Qualifications

• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise occupational therapy services for patients.

• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate with the care team across inpatient and outpatient settings.
