Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Physical Therapy or
• Master's Degree: Physical Therapy or
• D.P.T.: Physical Therapy required
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations.
• Establish treatment plans with goals.
• Provide treatments as prescribed by care team.
• Delegate specific treatments as appropriate.
• Determine equipment needs for patient care.
• Perform discharge activities and document outcomes.
• Interact with patients, families and staff in a professional manner.
