Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the interdisciplinary team delivering direct clinical services within the Swedish Pain Services, including outpatient Functional Restoration and hospital Pain Management suites. The role requires a PT license in Washington, BLS certification, and a strong orthopedic background.

You will work collaboratively with a diverse patient population across multiple settings and care teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Washington Physical Therapist License or temporary permit.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Strong understanding of bio-psychosocial model of chronic pain.
• Ability to learn and integrate Pain Neuroscience Education into treatment plans.
• Strong orthopedic background.
• Excellent interpersonal and counseling skills.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple demands and projects.
• Ability to work with diverse patient and staff populations.
• Ability to work effectively with groups and build cooperative relationships within and outside Swedish.
