Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver and supervise physical therapy services within a team-based framework in Seattle, WA. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, implement and reassess treatments, and actively participate in discharge planning.

Occasional work with pediatric/adolescent orthopedic patients may be required, with coverage for inpatient and outpatient services at Ballard and Issaquah clinics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy.
• Washington Physical Therapist License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise the delivery of physical therapy services within a team-based framework.
• Perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes.
• Reassess treatment results and participate in discharge planning.
• Provide care for pediatric/adolescent orthopedic patients if required.
• Coverage may be needed for inpatient and outpatient services at Ballard and Issaquah clinics.
