Job summary

Piedmont Walton Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will evaluate, treat, and support patients to restore function and reduce pain, across pediatric to geriatric populations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a team and may involve guidance of staff. A Georgia PT license and BCLS are required, with 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT.
• Must maintain current CEU’s as by the State.
• BCLS certification (Basic Life Support) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services for a designated group of patients, assisting them to reach highest level of physical independence. Conducts physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury.
• May be responsible for orientation and ongoing guidance of assigned staff.
