Illinois Bone and Joint Institute LLC (IBJI) seeks an Athletic Trainer to join a fast-paced orthopedic practice. The ATC will act as a liaison among patients, athletes, physicians, physical therapists, and administration, upholding IBJI’s patient-centric and teamwork values.

The role involves developing rehab plans with clinicians, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and providing on-site coverage at events and clinics. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from a CAATE-accredited program (prior to 2022) or Master's degree in Athletic Training.
• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
• Illinois Licensure as an Athletic Trainer or eligible in good standing.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to function as a team leader.

Mansioni

• Promote and provide excellent patient care.
• Develop rehabilitation and treatment regimens with physician and physical therapist input.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, coaches and parents regarding plan of care and protocols.
• Maintain patient documentation in the EMR and complete daily paperwork.
• Provide medical coverage at games, practices, and tournaments as scheduled.
