Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) per IDFPR.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - AHA.
• Completion of required CE for acute stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with a plan of care.
• Educates patients, family, and caregivers.
• Performs exams and determines PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Documents care per CTSCP67 and standards.
• Supervises PTA and rehab technicians as applicable.
• Communicates discharge and equipment needs to medical team.
