Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; continuing education requirements per state standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary systems.
• Establish and implement a plan of care; monitor outcomes and adjust treatment accordingly.
• Document evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries; maintain billing and scheduling records.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control measures; may supervise PT assistants and students.
