Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time rehabilitation services at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in North Carolina. The role requires graduation from an accredited program and active licensure, plus CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of applicable state.
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.
