Job summary

Harris Regional Hospital in North Carolina seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) to support acute care and outpatient rehab services. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and apply PT techniques to improve function and reduce pain.

You will lead therapy sessions, supervise assistants, and document goals and progress. North Carolina licensure, BLS within 30 days, ACLS/PALS within 6 months, and 1 year of experience preferred are required.

Qualifications

• Initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
• Plan of care aligned to problems identified and patient goals.
• Design and carry out individually tailored physical therapy programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Establish and implement plans of care with patient involvement.
• Provide therapy interventions using standard PT techniques.
• Supervise PT assistants, students, and support staff.
• Evaluate and adjust prosthetic/orthotic devices as needed.
• Document goals, progress, and plan for reevaluation.
