Formación

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the State of North Carolina
• BS degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• CPR certification required every two years

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment.
• Maintains accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
• Meets department productivity and budget expectations.
• Participates in process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Supervises PT students and PT aides as needed.
• Communicates professionally with patients, physicians, staff and external customers.
• Ensures care aligns with age/developmental guidelines.
