Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe in Pearland, TX is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of certified trainers and sales consultants, delivering measurable member results and driving club performance. You’ll hire, train, and coach staff, oversee PT services, and ensure accurate programming, progress tracking, and compliance across all training activities.

You will partner with club leadership to maintain a high-energy, customer-focused culture while promoting a seamless onboarding

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a team of certified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional results for members and drive business performance.
• Hire, training, and manage your team, coaching them to acquire and retain clients while meeting club goals.
• Oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff experience, ensure accurate administration of PT services including client programming, supplements, and progress tracking.
• Maintain performance data to inform strategic decisions and collaborate with club leadership to ensure operational accuracy and compliance across all training activities.
