Job summary

Life Time is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering the Dynamic Personal Training experience on the floor and supporting club leadership. You will coach, onboard new team members, drive sales, manage scheduling, and ensure high-quality client experiences while helping the team reach personal and division goals.

This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, client acquisition, and the execution of Life Time Training initiatives across programs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Certified Personal Trainer.
CPR and AED Certified.
2+ years of personal training experience.
Demonstrated Leadership / Management Skills.
Demonstrated strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
Ability to drive results through others.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or related field.
Preferred: Experience with virtual training and Life Time business tools.
Preferred: Track record of client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals.
Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
Be a Player-Coach by managing your own book of business.
Oversees the quality and consistency of products, services, programs, and fitness floor experience.
Determine and implement strategies for meeting productivity goals; lead department meetings.
Generates new clients and refers them to appropriate fitness professional.
Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
Completes scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs and classes.
