Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide a team of Fitness Professionals and elevate the Dynamic Personal Training experience on the gym floor.

You will coach team members, drive personal production, and help members achieve their fitness goals within Life Time’s training philosophy. You will work closely with club leadership to implement initiatives, onboard new staff, manage connectivity and the sales process, and deliver outstanding experiences for members across programs and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance standards.
• Ensure total client experience and results across all programs.
• Act as Player-Coach by managing personal training book of business.
• Oversee quality and consistency of services and floor experience.
• Set strategies to meet productivity goals and drive team meetings.
• Generate new clients and refer to appropriate trainers; ensure staff have necessary skills.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Manage scheduling, administration, and coordination for programs and classes.
