Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide a team of fitness professionals and deliver exceptional Dynamic Personal Training experiences. You will coach, onboard new staff, and partner with club leadership to meet personal and division goals while promoting Life Time Training initiatives.

You will manage client experiences, develop staff, and contribute to sales through coaching and program design, while upholding Life Time’s brand standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPT certification and CPR/AED preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills are essential.
• Proven ability to develop teams and manage performance.
• Experience designing training programs and driving client results.
• Knowledge of Life Time Training initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor fitness professionals to meet brand standards.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and outcomes across services.
• Lead by example with your own client book and Dynamic Personal Training.
• Oversee program quality, services, and floor experience for the team.
• Set productivity goals and drive department-wide initiatives.
• Generate new clients and match to the appropriate trainer.
• Promote Life Time Training events and manage scheduling/admin tasks.
