Life Time, Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering the exceptional Dynamic Personal Training experience across the club.

You will support club leadership in bringing Life Time Training philosophy to life daily and mentor team members while managing your own client book. This role emphasizes coaching, sales, scheduling, and program delivery, with duties spanning onboarding, performance coaching, and driving member engagement to help the

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR and AED certification.
• Minimum 2 years of personal training experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, program design, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Aufgaben

• Coach and develop a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Ensure total experience and results for all clients.
• Lead by example with Dynamic Personal Training and manage your own client book.
• Oversee quality of products, services, and floor experience for the team.
• Set productivity goals and drive department-wide meetings to achieve them.
• Generate new clients and refer them to appropriate trainers based on needs.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Handle scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for programs and classes.
