Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to design safe, effective training programs and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals.

You will deliver training, onboarding sessions, and complimentary services while documenting progress and coordinating with the team. The role requires CPR/AED and a certified personal trainer credential, HS diploma, and at least one year of experience; a bachelor's in related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• At least 1 year of personal training experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, comprehensive training programs to meet client goals.
• Monitors clients during sessions and teaches proper technique.
• Educates members on fitness topics and trends.
• Conducts consultations and sets client goals.
• Promotes and sells training services and tracks progress.
