Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives by designing personalized programs, guiding sessions, and delivering high-quality coaching.

You will perform fitness consultations, ensure client safety, promote training services, and maintain accurate records while staying current with certifications and industry trends.

A high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, and a professional trainer credential are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement.
• Instructs clients on safe use of cardio and strength equipment.
• Performs fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells personal training services and completes admin tasks.
• Keeps credentials current and integrates new trends into programming.
