Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives. You will design and supervise personalized programs, conduct initial assessments, and provide on-floor coaching to ensure safety and motivation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED, and CPT certification, with a preferred bachelor’s in a related field. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal training experience
• Certified personal Trainer
• CPR and AED Certified
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs driving goal achievement and retention
• Monitors and instructs clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flex, and strength equipment
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan
• Remains current on certifications and trends in the industry
• Delivers superior customer service to ensure clients feel competent and connected
