The Exercise Coach USA, LLC is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer to deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions, inspiring clients across ages. Training will be provided in The Exercise Coach method, and you will help clients reach health and fitness goals with energy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates communicate well, enjoy helping others, and can build relationships while delivering high-quality workouts. Role offers growth and opportunities in a growing studio.

Qualifications

• No fitness experience is required, but priority is given to candidates with personal training or small-group fitness instruction.
• Must have valid in-person CPR/AED certificate before starting work.
• Employees receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.
• Ability to communicate the value of exercise and fitness to clients.
• Candidate should be able to build relationships and deliver results during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations.
• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions.
• Track fitness results for clients and educate them.
• Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions.
• Measure success by tracking studio metrics.
