Lowes Foods To Go is seeking a friendly Personal Shopper to efficiently pick guest orders and build relationships with customers. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and support eCommerce goals through accurate picking, friendly service, and prompt order fulfillment.

The role involves stocking, basic device maintenance, and coordination with store management to ensure guest satisfaction and timely delivery to our guests in the community.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests’ orders based on guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner.
• Work efficiently when picking, staging and fulfilling orders.
• Greet guests and review orders.
• Handle, bag, and load orders safely.
• Record variances on guest pick lists.
• Maintain records for LFTG and transmit data as scheduled.
• Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software.
• Keep LFTG station and equipment clean and functional.
• Report service issues to management and support.
