Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and coordinate front desk activities, including distribution of correspondence and directing calls.
• Answer and screen phone calls; greet visitors and manage front-desk duties.
• Process Personal Lines policy changes and issue certs, ID cards, and EPI’s as needed.
• Prepare stewardship folders, postcards, and other administrative tasks.
• Quote processing on carrier sites and review renewal reports for accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to standard operating procedures.
