Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.

• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Open to handling high-volume cases and trying cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trial.
• Explain the process to clients and guide them through the case.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and related documents.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and hearings as needed.
• Manage client relationships throughout the case lifecycle.
