You will handle litigation through settlements or trials, draft documents, and guide clients through the entire case, with opportunities for advancement in a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willingness to work at volume in a busy firm.
• Open to trying cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlements or trials.
• Explain the process to clients.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.
