Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, including discovery, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Manage and maintain personal injury case files across case management systems.
