FOLEY, INCORPORATED in New Jersey is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Counter associate to accurately record and process orders by phone, email, and in person, and to maintain orders in the D365 and ExFlow systems.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle high call volumes; bilingual skills are a plus, with mechanical/parts knowledge preferred and good MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Parts Counter experience required.
• Customer service experience in person or via telecommunication.
• Fast-paced environment with high call volume.
• Teamwork demonstrated.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record and process phone, email, and walk in orders.
• Enter and maintain orders in the parts system (D365, ExFlow).
• Monitor tiles showing transactions in process and act accordingly.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regularly.
• Collaborate with warehouse and other business partners.
• Use reference materials including books, microfiche, online resources, schematics.
• Investigate inquiries and issues and communicate results.
• Process and follow through with sales, credits, and back orders.
• Maintain counter sales promotional material.
• Secure and record payments for COD customers.
• Initiate additional sale opportunities.
• Ensure workplace safety.
