Foley, Incorporated in Bucks County, PA, is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to accurately record and process orders by phone, email, and walk-in customers. You will enter and maintain orders in the parts system (D365, ExFlow), monitor in-process transactions, and collaborate with warehouse and service departments.

The ideal candidate has parts counter experience, strong customer service and selling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Parts Counter experience required.
• Proven customer service experience in person or via telecommunication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high call volume.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Bilingual, a plus.
• Mechanical/Parts knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, experience utilizing MS Office programs.
• Ability to investigate and follow through discrepancies.
