Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help with cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing to meet KPIs and maintain store standards.

You will promote the membership program, lead by example on the sales floor, handle front-line duties at the register, and support loss prevention while ensuring a positive, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or shift-leader role in retail.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge.
• Assist with daily operations including cash handling and merchandising.
• Open/close the store and ensure upkeep, safety, and compliance.
