Qualifications

• Bachelor's in economics with business emphasis and Master's in personnel management, public administration, or JD/LL.B. or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in accordance with Imperial Valley College curriculum and course outlines as assigned.
• Assignments based on class availability, seniority, and qualifications; include class prep, student evaluation, syllabus, and learning outcomes.
• Maintain and submit grades, syllabi, and attendance records by deadlines.
• Maintain professional conduct and ethics in the role.
• Advise students on academic matters.
• Maintain competency in the field.

Education

Master's in business, business management, business administration, accountancy, finance, marketing or business education

Bachelor's in any of the above AND Master's in economics, personnel management, public administration, or JD or LL.B. degree

Bachelor's in economics with a business emphasis AND Master's in personnel management, public administration, or JD or LL.B. degree OR the equivalent

Sensitivity to and understanding of diverse backgrounds (AB 1725, 87360a)
