Qualifications

• Associate's degree and at least six (6) years of direct work experience in electronics technology or equivalent; and sensitivity to and understanding of diverse backgrounds (AB 1725, 87360a).
• Equivalency form and complete work experience description must be submitted with the application.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in accordance with approved Imperial Valley College curriculum and course outlines as assigned.
• Handle class preparation, student evaluation, syllabus creation, and assessing learning outcomes.
• Maintain and submit accurate records such as grades, syllabi, and attendance reports.
• Maintain standards of professional conduct and ethics for the position.
• Advise students on academic matters.
• Maintain competency in the field.
