You will prospect, consult on financial goals, present options, manage follow-ups, and stay informed on market trends to position products effectively while meeting sales targets in a supportive team.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance/financial services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and lead generation using our platform to focus on client interactions.
• Client consultation with needs assessments and presenting life insurance options.
• Sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to client concerns.
• Relationship management with ongoing support and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research to position products effectively and inform clients.
• Maintain accurate sales records and regular management reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
