Qualifications

• Outpatient orthopedic experience or focus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with active licensure; BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe patient transfers with assistance.
• Designs and adjusts a plan of care with goals, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes of care.
• Performs examinations and selects reliable methods relevant to the chief complaint.
