Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Proficient in computer skills and data entry for health software (Net Health and Point Click Care).
• Ability to read technical procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapist with resident care as directed.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per facility and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safe treatment environment and infection control practices.
• Participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings as needed.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
